Home-Based Concierge:

Home based virtual call center agents who will be taking inbound calls mostly. Part time and full time positions available. Bi-lingual individuals only. Must be fluent in French and English or in Spanish and English.

Job Requirements: High Speed Internet, Quiet work environment, prior customer service experience. Prior sales experience recommended however not required.

Corporate Sales Account Executive:
We are currently seeking a Corporate Sales Account Executive. This position exists to directly generate revenue by selling our products to businesses within an assigned territory through direct, face-to-face contact. The Account Executive is expected to consistently meet or exceed aggressive quarterly and annual revenue quotas. This position will work out of a home office on average however will have to attend meetings at our Toronto area office or our Edmonton area office.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Build and maintain an active pipeline of qualified leads through cold calling, attending industry trade shows, providing product demonstrations, working leads from direct mail campaigns and other marketing campaigns.

Develop and maintain detailed and updated opportunity matrixes for each target account to insure that the appropriate sales support resources can be available.

Aggressively to consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue quotas.

Obtain the maximum sales and services revenue from each account and sales opportunity through the strongest possible adherence to approved pricing.

Establish the best possible long-term relationship with each prospect and customer so as to maximize future revenue opportunities and built strong long term relationships.

Education/Work Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent work experience.

A minimum of 2 years of sales

Exceptional communication and leadership skills

Ability to craft business solutions to complex business problems

Proven ability to establish strong relationships with buyers

Ideal candidates should be based in or around Toronto area or Edmonton area and have reliable transportation
